Eko Club International (ECI) In Collaboration with St Cyril Cancer Treatment Foundation

Eko club international (ECI) in collaboration with St Cyril cancer treatment foundation is hosting a 6 day wellness and cancer awareness & screening medical mission.

    For six days, the Health Mission will allow:
  • A total of about 5400 people in 6 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Lagos State to have taken part in the health education awareness program on prevalent health issues and the four most prevalent cancers in Nigeria-Breast, Prostate, Cervical and Colorectal.
  • About 5000 people will be screened for the general wellness health check, including BMI, blood pressure and blood sugar level tests.
  • 1200 individuals will be screened for breast cancer (male and female)
  • At least 600 women will be screened for cervical cancer with VIA
  • 600 men and women will be screened for colorectal cancer.
  • 300 men will be screened for prostate cancer

Know Your Cancer Pro

The ‘Know Your Cancer Pro’ awareness campaign uses social media platforms to empower and educate the public on Oncology professionals and their roles in the cancer treatment process. We also created a roster of Oncology professionals around the country.

Time Is Now

The Time Is Now campaign is an online and offline awareness campaign that calls to action for the audience to get checked for the 4 most prevalent of cancers in Africa; breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate.

By creating partnerships, the campaign is expected to consciously feed an urgency to get checked and subconsciously showcase survival as an outcome.
